CREOLE FLAVORS. PUB SOUL.
A French Creole-inspired kitchen with the heart of a British pub by James Beard-nominated Chef Lawrence Weeks.
CREOLE ROOTS
Murray’s begins with a family story. Chef Lawrence Weeks comes from a line of cooks; men who carried the knowledge of Creole kitchens long before they were ever afforded the designation of “chef.” At Murray’s, that legacy finally has its name. The food honors the traditions of New Orleans while giving them room to evolve, bringing generations of craft to the table with pride.
COME HUNGRY. STAY A WHILE.
Order a few plates, pour another round, and let the table do what it does best: bring people together.
THE DOWNSTAIRS PUB
Downstairs is Murray’s Creole Pub: warm, lively, and unmistakably a neighborhood gathering place. The menu leans into the soulful side of Creole cooking and pub fare: rich broths, bold spices, comforting plates, and dishes meant to be shared with a drink in hand. Think Gumbo, Yakamein, Fish & Chips, fresh oysters, Creole coffee cocktails, seafood, and the kind of food that keeps a table talking long after the plates are cleared.
THE UPSTAIRS DINING ROOM
Opening Late March 2026
Upstairs, the experience shifts. The dining room explores Creole cuisine through a more progressive lens. Seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and a menu designed for a slower, more thoughtful meal. It’s the same culinary heritage, but expressed with greater precision and creativity, offering guests a deeper look at what Creole cooking can become.
SATURDAY BRUNCH
Saturday mornings at Murray’s begin a little slower. The kitchen leans into Creole comfort with dishes built for late mornings and long conversations: smothered Boudin Burritos, English muffin Breakfast Sandwiches, and plates that blur the line between traditions. Add a Creole coffee cocktail or a mimosa and settle in. Weekends are meant to linger.
BEHIND THE BAR
TWO MOODs. ONE ROOF.
Downstairs is the pub bar. Pints on draft, classic cocktails, and an easy rhythm that keeps the room lively. You’ll find rotating taps alongside our house beer, Old Murray’s, brewed in collaboration with Trellis Brewing.
Upstairs, the bar shifts focus. The cocktail program leans into technique, balance, and thoughtful construction. Drinks are built with the same curiosity and care as the kitchen.
One bar built for the neighborhood.
Another for the craft of the drink.
Wherever you land, the goal is the same: good drinks, good company, and a bar worth returning to.
